When I am in Velingrad, I like staying here. It's decent place for sightseeing and exploring Velingrad. Staff is very attentive and affable and you can park your car on-site. As for me the food is good, and they have a wide range of meals.

The hotel is in a beautiful location on top of the hill, offering stunning scenery. The pool area and restaurant are nice and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the interior is commendable, despite it being a bit old. The staff, although limited in English-speaking abilities, were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great.
